Affiliation → Banking, Update on executive course completion, reminder of deadlines for affiliation and SSAF application + Discussion of SSAF application
Events → Rought Dates for events, proposals
TidyHQ → Ensure everyone is added as an admin and can navigate TidyHQ, Discuss roles (inc ssaf application & aquittals), recording finances, use tidyhq for publishing events, organising meetings, membership records
Advertising to first years → Promotion in first year chat and posting to GPSN insta/fb accounts + interim pubs & promos. Discuss recruiting Pubs & Promos + 1st year rep
Discuss lifesaver day
Also discuss potential changes to processes and running of the club
